	Login with your Airtel DSL user id and Password
	Once you enter the Airtel PC Secure login page, you are shown a window with 2 options, a) Download Airtel PC Secure b) Get Airtel PC Secure Key - On clicking the same, a key will be generated.
	Click on download to download the Airtel PC Secure software on your PC and "save" the file on your PC
	Once you have downloaded the software, click on the exe file to install the same.
	During installation, you will be asked to enter the key. The same can be generated by clicking on the link on the Airtel PC secure login page.

The Software for Basic Pack / Advanced Pack is same. You need not to download the software again while switching from Basic Pack to Advanced Pack or vice-versa.

At present you are only permitted to install Airtel PC Secure on one computer at a time. If you wish to install it on multiple computers you will need to purchase Airtel PC Secure for each. A separate key is required to install Airtel PC secure on another PC.

To generate another key, login to your Airtel PC secure account and generate the key. You will need to keep a record of each key for each computer separately.

When you subscribe to Airtel PC Secure, we will bill you that day for one month's service at the current rate. For this you will get a full month's service for one PC. On the anniversary day of the next month, we will again charge the monthly fee for the next month.

It is up to you to let us know when you want us to stop this service by giving us the required amount of notice. Once notified we will not bill you again. No refunds will be given. Therefore there is no minimum contract period.

Airtel PC Secure is provided by F-Secure. It includes the following security features:

Antivirus Protection gives peace of mind by securing the PC and its data by stopping viruses, worms and Trojans attacks via e-mail, web, floppy disks and CD-ROMS in real-time.

Anti-spyware protects from identity theft, computer problems, and slow Internet access by detecting and cleaning potential spyware, adware, Trojans and other threats.

Firewall Protection increases privacy and thwarts potential identity theft and Internet fraud by protecting your PC and data against hackers.

Parental Control allows parents to better monitor and limit the types of material that can be accessed or viewed when children are surfing on the Internet.

Spam Control examines all inbound messages and sorts out junk e-mail from important e-mail and places unwanted messages in a special folder where you can review it or automatically delete it.

PC Secure keeps your PC - and your confidential information - safe while you enjoy sending email, browsing websites, and other online activities.

PC Secure stops hackers from breaking into your computer to steal information or to use your PC to attack other computers. If you have installed "spyware" on your PC without knowing it, Airtel PC Secure removes it so it can't send your personal information to online criminals.

PC Secure keeps your PC safe without interfering with your work. It runs silently in the background, only prompting you to take action when you need to. If you want more information, you can open the F Secure Console window to see your security status.

Because new Internet threats appear almost daily, your subscription to Airtel PC Secure includes updates to keep it working for you. PC Protect checks for and downloads those updates automatically.

Airtel PC Secure will remove any Norton product and some makes of old firewall or anti-virus software. However, it is better if you fully remove any other firewall or anti.

Airtel PC Secure detects and blocks incoming viruses, spyware and unwanted adware threats as they attempt to install and execute on your system. The Auto Protect Blocking feature now blocks both threats and high security risks from ever installing on the system. It's always running invisibly in the background, protecting your computer.

Should any spyware, viruses or internet worms be present on your computer prior to installing Airtel PC Secure, these will be detected and eliminated during the pre-install scan.

Airtel PC Secure is designed to work on only one PC at a time. If someone else installs it on their PC, it will stop working on your own PC.

Login to Airtel PC secure with you DSL user ID and Password. Go to manage my account and click on the link in order to unsubscribe.

You can upgrade Basic pack to Advanced pack in the same Basic pack software that you have installed. You don't need to again download the software. Just buy the Advanced pack activation key by login on http://www.airtel.in/pcsecure and follow the following steps. Remember to deactivate the Basic Pack activation key if you are upgrading the same software from Basic to Advanced to avoid charges for both basic and advanced.

	Open Airtel PC Secure
	Click on Advanced option and go to My Subscription
	Click on Change number and enter the Advanced pack subscription key and follow the steps.

To Ugrade you would need to login to http://www.airtel.in/pcsecure, and deactivate your existing pack in the My account section. Then follow the steps to download and install the premium pack and generate a new activation key for the same.
